Returns & Exchanges

At Acriine Fashion, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
